It was a pleasure working with Rhino Home Care, especially the Del La Cruz brothers. They were very professional, on time and finished the roof in one day. As a first time homeowner I had many annoying questions about the process of getting a new roof. They answered all of them in a timely manner without hesitation. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. From the paperwork to the clean up after the roof was done. We highly recommend them to other homeowners in the neighborhood who liked our new roof.

Owner, Adrian DeLaCruz and his team were true professionals and it showed in the quality of their work and their ability to provide excellent service. In these uncertain times, it was refreshing working with Adrian and his team who showed true customer service. They shared their knowledge and skills to help us navigate working with our insurance adjustor and explained the processes necessary for our roof replacement. Because of their organization skills, they completed our project in about a week and a half. Materials were delivered and services were performed in a very timely fashion. The actual roof replacement and cleanup took only one day! The whole project was well organized, workmanship was exemplary and cleanup was immaculate! We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we received and our new roof. Again, JOB WELL DONE. We definitely will be using Rhino for any future home needs, as they aren't just roofers; they offer a variety of other home and lawn services.

OUTSTANDING! Rhino Home Care provided excellent service regarding our roof replacement. Owner, ***************************** and his team truly know their trade. **************** was great! We were pleased with their confidence, knowledge, experience and skill in their craft. They took the time to explain the project and the time constraints needed to complete the project. They met or exceeded all of their timelines----they "nailed it!" They clearly defined and stated the scope of work needed for the roof replacement. Additionally, they helped clarify insurance pricing and coordination of payment which was helpful and much appreciated. From beginning to end, coordination and completion of project took about a week and a half. The actual roof replacement and cleanup was done in one day. The new roof looks great! I had to smile when I saw ****** look proudly at his finished product and knew that he and his team took great pride in the work they perform, as so did I. It was a pleasure working with Rhino Home Care and we will definitely engage ****** for future home projects, as well as other services that they perform. Adrian and Sarah explained, advised ,and assisted throughout the entire project . They were efficient and timely with their estimate and its submission to our insurance adjustor. The project went off without a hitch and was completed within a week and a half. The actual roof replacement and cleanup was performed in one day. We could not be more pleased with the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of their work. We certainly will be using Rhino for future home needs, as they offer an array of home care and lawn services.

****** and his team at rhino home care did a wonderful job replacing my roof and painting and repairing my fence. Throughout the entire process ****** was well informed and was the only contractor out of the 3 I spoke with that gave me the confidence that he could not only do the job but do it right and do it with care.

Adrian and his team do fantastic work. My fence is stunning and truly added some much needed curb appeal. My roof looks fantastic. Before I couldn't really tell the deference from one roof to the next but after seeing his work I know what a truly beautiful roof looks like!

I can't say enough about Rhino Home Care. They have now completed 3 jobs for me. Everything from staining my fence, replacing my roof after the hail storm and a sheetrock repair job. They are friendly and professional, they walked me through each job from start to finish to ensure I knew what would happen each step of the way. They even managed all of the interaction with my insurance and solar company. Amazing work and amazing people to work with! I highly recommend their services.

Fantastic workmanship and service. Replaced our roof after a recent hail storm. Worked seamlessly with our insurance company. Was able to quickly acquire the specific shingles dictated by our HOA and had the roof installed within 3 weeks of our consult. Additionally the free upgrade to a superior shingle lowered our insurance premium by 1/3 the previous annual cost.

We moved into a house that is about 2 years old that has a fenced-in yard. The stain on the fence was already starting to peel. We found out about Rhino Home Care through a friend who was going to have them stain their fence. We sent them a message for a quote and they can out that week. Very professional, walk us through how they were going to do it, color, type of stain. A few days later they came out and stained our fence and we could not be happier. It looks amazing, not only did they do a great job of staining the fence but they also replaced all the broken boards. As well as they made sure not to get any stain on our neighbor's lawn, our grass, and our house. I would recommend them for sure.

Absolutely amazing experience! Extremely friendly and hard working! They got our roof done so fast, cleaned up great and kept us in the loop while they worked. Famtastic locally owned company. Labor is not subcontracted from afar. Cant overstate how great this company is! Like many we were impacted with the recent hail storm in Austin. Larry was at my home the day that I called and provided pictures for my insurance. The day that my insurance adjuster completed my claim Larry was over that evening to walk me through the paperwork and process. While there is a mass shortage of shingles due to the significant damage, Rhino was able to acquire shingles and put a new roof on my home within 3 weeks. Upgraded materials at no additional cost too. I obviously hope that we don't have to go through something like this again, but I wouldn't hesitate use or recommend Rhino Home Care again. We had a great experience with Rhino home care! We put in a claim with our insurance for roof repair after a recent hail storm and insurance recommended a whole roof replacement. I reached out to my neighborhood FB group for recommendations as I'd never had this kind of work done before and Rhino came highly recommended. They came out, gave us a quote and we're very knowledgeable and friendly. The work went well and quicky. I'd highly recommend this company for any home repairs

Rhino Home Care! We woke up to a roof leak which made it's way into our house, it was small but that definitely puts you in panic mode so we contacted them off other reviews & we got an immediate response & they were at our home the very next day in the time frame they said they would be. Fixed our roof up, very knowledgeable, & hands down the best customer service experience! They're not just trying to "bs" you & do unnecessary work that you don't need, they're honest. Highly recommend them if you're ever in need! You'll be glad you did.
