Our experience with Rhino Home Care was 100 percent positive, start to finish. Adrian and his crew removed our old rear fence, installed 3 gates, (two on existing front fence and one in back.) They trimmed shrubs where needed. They used cedar boards and slats for the new fence and applied a beautiful stain. It is gorgeous! They provided an outstanding product at a great price, and they were a pleasure to work with! I absolutely recommend Rhino Home Care!

I can not say enough about what an amazing experience we have had with Adrian and his team through Rhino Home Care. We have used Rhino for hail damage resulting in a new fence and roof, and most recently for repairs due to a busted pipe in the house. Both of these projects were executed beautifully and Adrian walked through our questions not only about the work, but also about the insurance and adjusting process. His team's work is professional and of the highest quality, with no corners cut. More importantly Adrian is honest, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of home construction and repair. I will never call another company for any work in or around my home, from fencing, a new roof, floors, plumbing and electrical, painting, etc without first consulting with Adrian about whether or not it is a project Rhino Home Care will complete.

Recent hailstorms required me to replace our roof for the first time in 30 years (3 different homes) Adrian @ Rhino Home Services was one of the SIX contractors I vetted to provide me estimates on our roof replacement. In short, Adrians knowledge, experience with the insurance process, exceptional documentation, communications with me, quality offered and projected turnaround time for completion - easily made him my contractor of choice. A 'small army' of Rhino workers removed and completed installation of our beautiful new roof in a single day! He provided the highest rated materials and warranty that the other contractors couldn't come close to...and at a very competitive price. Adrian communicated every aspect of the process and his 'little drone' sent me photos of everything. I must admit that I can be "THAT guy" when it comes to work on my home. I've had four different contractors do renovation in-and around -our home over the past 10 years...none have ever rated above a "3" For me to give a 'five star' rating is almost unheard of; but every aspect of Adrian & Rhino Home Services is "above" first class. So... I give him "6 stars" for an exceptional and very professional experience. Thank you !!

A few years ago, my neighbor had Rhino Home Care replace their fence. Since we share the fence, I asked who they used and ended up really impressed with the work. It was done quickly, but with attention to detail, and the quality held up over time. After the hailstorm last month, a roofer came by the house offering quotes. The pricing just didn’t sit right with me. It felt inflated, and I didn’t get the best vibe from the guy. That’s when I thought of Adrian at Rhino Home Care. He had also done my neighbor’s roof, and we already knew the kind of work he delivers. I gave him a call, and he came through with a very reasonable quote. He was also really accommodating when it came to payment, which I appreciated. Now that everything’s finished, honestly, ours and our neighbor’s probably look the best on the block. Clean, sharp, and just done right.

We had a great experience with Adrian and his team. He always kept us updated on the status of our fence and roof replacement. I also appreciated their commitment to scheduled times for work to be done. If it weren't for the weather, we wouldn't have had any delays. We just had Rhino Home Care do a full fence installation and stain and it came out great!! They also installed a new gate on the fence as well. They are extremely easy to work with and very responsive with questions. Their crew were obviously very experienced because the installation went so smoothly. We are so pleased with how it turned out, we will recommend Rhino Home Care to everyone who needs a fence!

Larry, who also lives in our great neighborhood of Avalon, explained to me in great detail how the roofing process works and every single step of the way was spot on. I also needed some more paperwork from my insurance company, that I did not get and Larry took care of that for me. JOB WELL DONE Rhino Home Care regarding our roof replacement! Owner, Adrian DeLaCruz and his team were true professionals and it showed in the quality of their work and their ability to provide excellent service. In these uncertain times, it was refreshing working with Adrian and his team who showed true customer service. They shared their knowledge and skills to help us navigate working with our insurance adjustor and explained the processes necessary for our roof replacement. Because of their organization skills, they completed our project in about a week and a half. Materials were delivered and services were performed in a very timely fashion. The actual roof replacement and cleanup took only one day! The whole project was well organized, workmanship was exemplary and cleanup was immaculate! We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of service we received and our new roof. Again, JOB WELL DONE. We definitely will be using Rhino for any future home needs, as they aren't just roofers; they offer a variety of other home and lawn services.

We were one of the many folks that had to get our roof replaced after a bad hailstorm in 2021, and Larry was very informative during the whole process! He explained how the roof was damaged and the importance of getting it replaced to keep our home safe. Rhino gave us a three-week timeline between ordering the new shingles and them being delivered before work could begin. It ended up being three weeks from the shingles being ordered to the roof replacement being completed! Larry said they’re starting to offer solar installations, and we will be looking at them when we upgrade in the near future. Highly recommend Rhino Home Care!
