excellent service from David and team and really easy to work with. They made the roof replacement super easy and got it done in 1 day and clean up was fast and thorough. Definitely will use them again or any other repair needs!

He came out quickly to provide a free estimate and some wonderful advice on the best way to proceed with the repair. He partnered with us, offering support along the way. He explained how the roof was damaged and the importance of getting it replaced to keep our home safe. Rhino gave us a three-week timeline between ordering the new shingles and them being delivered before work could begin. It ended up being three weeks from the shingles being ordered to the roof replacement being completed! Larry said they’re starting to offer solar installations, and we will be looking at them when we upgrade in the near future. Highly recommend Rhino Home Care!

I contacted Rhino Home Care because they did the roof in one of my good friends house and he was very happy.***** came to my house in the evening, so I did not deal with a company over the phone.He took the time to explained the whole insurance process, answered all my questions and never seem to be in a hurry to leave. For questions I have afterwards, ***** was very prompt to respond to my text messages.Communication was great, always keeping me in the loop of things: when the people was showing to do the work (solar guys and roofers).His crew cleaned pretty good after the work was done.The roofers had to come twice because this time of the year the days are very short and they did not want to work in the dark and do a bad job, I did appreciate this.I am very happy with this experience and recommend Rhino Home Care A+++.

Adrian and his team did a fantastic job on our roof replacement , gutter replacement, and fence repair + stain. As a first time homeowner, I definitely had a lot of questions in regards to the whole process around hail damage claims and repairs. He came out and inspected my roof after this year's hail storm and was very honest about what was / wasn't necessary. The communication, speed, and quality of repairs was all excellent. One of the best businesses I've ever worked with!

They came highly recommended for roof replacement and they did not disappoint. They did a great job and were so easy to work with.

My home in Round Rock suffered a decent amount of damage to the roof from the hail storm in 2020. Adrian with Rhino responded to our inquiry the same day and scheduled a visit for the next day. He was timely in arriving to assess the damage and gave a fair estimate. I was interested in blue/gray shingles; not the norm for most roofs in my neighborhood. Adrian advised us to contact our HOA to ensure that my choice would be allowed before making my choice. They approved the color and he ordered the shingles same day. I have solar panels and he made the arrangements with ION solar to come out and remove the panels. The shingles arrived within a week or so of being ordered and his staff came out shortly after to begin the work. They arrived at 0700 and worked rather quickly, mostly due to the weather. It was overcast and they finished most of the roof before it became too slick to finish. They returned on the following Saturday morning to complete the work. Rhino also recommended a guy to do the new gutters. He was also very efficient. He came out, showed us colors to choose from and our gutters were ordered and installed within a few days. Side note, when ION solar returned to reinstall the panels they caused damage to my new roof and gutters. My husband didn't notice before they left but, Adrian being the observant one, did notice and pointed it out to my husband. Adran agreed to come out and take pictures of the damage for us after the holiday bc the Install occurred a couple of days before Christmas. But, Rhino did an amazing job all around and left my home looking brand new!! I highly recommend them.

It was a pleasure working with Rhino Home Care, especially the Del La Cruz brothers. They were very professional, on time and finished the roof in one day. As a first time homeowner I had many annoying questions about the process of getting a new roof. They answered all of them in a timely manner without hesitation. The quality of work exceeded our expectations. From the paperwork to the clean up after the roof was done. We highly recommend them to other homeowners in the neighborhood who liked our new roof.

Then I saw the Rhino Home Care team show up at my neighbor’s house. They got to work immediately and completed the job in, what I felt was an impressive amount of time. And the roof they did looked magnificent! And they not only did the roof, but they replaced rotten decking, added ice and water barriers, installed matching ridge caps, sealed all the vents and flashing, and replaced all the gutters. That is why I decided on Rhino Home Care. And I am so glad I did. They put that same professional attitude into my roof, replacing everything that was damaged, my entire roof, included, and took away all of the trash when they were done. Hailstorm or not, if I ever need another roof, Rhino Home Care is the company to go to!
